Mateja is 46 years old and she's a founder of GROOVY FACE YOGA, which offers you a unique face yoga program, that brings you a natural way of looking and feeling younger and healthier.
In the past several years she has done several face yoga certified teacher training courses, from Danielle Collins Face Yoga Method to Glowinface face yoga method (and some in between).
The program she designed is a combination of exercises, massage and relaxation techniques, acupressure points, breathing techniques … the result is 5 week online basic program.
